Today Tessa met with the child-life specialist who used dolls to talk to her about her surgery tomarrow. It was really a good thing as she seemed to understand the operation and what would happen. She is very bright and I knew that we needed to tell her before. I have Annie Grace with me also and I took them shopping at Target. They had a blast I am worn out!!
I will try to post tomarrow, her surgery is in the morning at 10:00am.

Hey Dana it's the Reeves family. We just wanted to let you guys know that we're praying. Blindness is something that our family is unfortunately very familiar with and believe me we are praying something serious for Tessa today. Please keep us informed. God's strength is enough friend!!

Hi Dana, it's the Pacheco family, if you recall who we are. We've been where you are at; Thomas had his right eye and eye socket removed when he was eight. We know how difficult it is to face what you're going through. For us it's been six years, and we can at least offer the hope that it does get easier, and that life with one eye turns out to be less of an issue than one at first might believe.
